LDD Enterprise was established in 1999, by Franklin and Lori Whipkey. A family owned and operated small website design and hosting service located in rural Caroline County Virginia.

Lori, a 2006 graduate from Strayer University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and minor in Computer information systems began designing websites on a small WebTv system. Realizing her talent and supported by her family then pursued web design during her enrollment at Strayer University.

Franklin - (bio not disclosed) Owner and head of Customer Relations and Sales.

Fluent in HTML, CSS, and DHTML, and utilizing photoshop, dreamweaver, indesign, frontpage and many other web design programs. Lori began designing websites for friends and family. But after a few years of offering services for free, realized that there was a true market in website design, and began marketing the family skills.

In 1999 Franklin took charge, and hand in hand they created LDD Enterprise which now offers web hosting, website design and redesign, search engine optimization and many other web services there for coining "LDD Enterprise, Your Creative Web Solution Provider". Keeping our rates competitive, yet affordable.

When working with LDD Enterprise you will receive friendly, personal attention to your web needs, not a cold corporate relationship. Each of our websites are designed from scratch, no cookie cutter templates are ever used. Our customer support, is attentive with a quick response. A quick turn around on service requests and project design. Franklin and Lori work long hours to ensure that all of our client's needs are met.
